The Method

Every intervention, every product, every piece of content gets the same five questions: how much does it cost, how long does it take, how much energy does it ask of you, how easy is it to do, and how much will it actually move the needle. The math is public. So is everything that lands at the top of the matrix.
Light, rhythm, and time.
Your body runs on them. We score every health intervention with math, not marketing. We recommend only what we actually use. The interventions at the top of the matrix aren't the ones the wellness industry pushes — they're the ones nobody can sell you. Sunlight is free. Walking is free. Sleeping on schedule is free. Most of the gains you're chasing live below the price line.
Knowledge worth preserving.
So much knowledge about how to live well is lost between generations. Instead of re-learning from scratch — bouncing between podcasts, supplement aisles, and TikTok experts — we preserve what works, score it with math, and make it accessible. Each entry in the matrix is one decision someone else doesn't have to make.
Aligned incentives.
The health industry is structurally misaligned. A supplement company doesn't want you to get better; it wants you on a recurring subscription. We've tried to invert that.
